Fell behind on meta due to missing an episode while I was out of town, but after last night's episode, I just have to say...

Who's your daddy?

GEORGE TAKEI IS YOUR DADDY.

MR. BENNET IS YOUR DADDY.

Hot damn, some awesome moments in this episode. My faith in Mohinder is rewarded! I'm really loving him lately, and I'm glad the writers are treating him better. Matt, too, although there's still room for improvement; he did get some chances to be smart this episode, and I'll forgive him for dropping the ball a little when they actually reached Molly since Mohinder got to cold-cock him. Also, the bit with him and Mr. Bennet and Jessica and D.L. in the elevator: comedy gold.

...Also... Candice is Comic Book Guy? :D

Nathan and Hiro broke my heart, especially given their bit of "biran"/"villain" comedy earlier in the season - awwww, Hiro. :( Nathan's still my TV boyfriend, but he'd better do something to redeem himself for crushing poor Hiro's fanboy heart. I hope that doesn't kill all of their future interaction; Nathan and Hiro's scenes together have been highlights of the series thus far. I do, however, approve of Nathan telling Jessica and D.L. where to find Linderman, even if it was a cold-blooded decision based on the fact that the election was at that point in the bag. I don't mind him being a bastard, as long as he's ultimately a bastard for Good.

I am not quite sold on Mr. Nakamura as a good guy yet, considering he's encouraging Hiro to kill and I'm not quite sure the series means that as a positive - but I am willing to believe. Either way, George Takei is awesomesauce. I don't have to know what his power is. His power is being George Takei.

Also: ANDO. ;_; I love so much that Ando has gone from Hiro's reluctant, complaining tagalong to one of the most straight-up heroes of the series in spite of having no powers. He had better not die. D:<

"What am I thinking now, Parkman?" "Your last thought." BLAM! Mr. Bennet pwns you. Awesome.

Also, Jessica deliberately handed control over to Niki because Niki would make the right decision, how cool is that - and D.L. punched Linderman IN THE BRAIN. That's so awesome that I'll forgive them the anticlimax of building Linderman up all series just to kill him off now. Healer or not, they've been establishing all season that whatever makes powers work is based in the brain; I can't imagine he's coming back from that.

Poor Ted. What a crappy way to go. Tired of Sylar now. Never mind what I said earlier about being willing to kill not being necessarily a positive; I want Ando to kill him.

Finale next week!
