For sheer unadulterated adorable, I can't think of any pairing other than Kazehaya and Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke, thus far generally the cutest and most feel-good manga I've ever read that's not actually about kittens.
Since I don't know of anyone else on my flist who reads it, I will explain: Sawako is a shy, insecure, socially awkward girl whose visual resemblance to the classic Japanese stringy-haired ghost girl - compounded by the stiff, awkward way she acts when she's nervous, which is often - has most of her classmates scared of her, to the point that everyone calls her "Sadako" and there are rumors that she can talk to ghosts and curse people. Meanwhile, Sawako herself loves cute things, tries to do a good deed each day, and would love to be friends with everyone if only anyone would stay put long enough for her to talk to them. She's also highly literal-minded and almost incapable of taking people's behavior at anything but face value, which leads to endless misunderstandings.
Kazehaya, meanwhile, is the nicest most-popular-boy-in-school you ever saw, and serves as Sawako's inspiration to continue to try to connect with other people even though they always seem to misunderstand her. And once he figures out that rather than being aloof and unfriendly she's simply paralyzingly shy, he exerts every effort to reach out to her, which in turn inspires her to continue reaching out to other people and sets off a whole chain reaction of interpersonal connections that all starts because he gives Sawako the first opportunity she's had to make herself understood.
This description really doesn't do it justice, but trust me, it's adorable, especially thanks to Sawako's wide-eyed sense of wonder at every new little bit of progress that she makes in getting to know Kazehaya (and everyone else, but especially Kazehaya), and the very high levels of blushing, floundering shyness on both sides. So cute omg.
