Date: 2007-05-03 05:23 am (UTC)Oh, Thomas started ratcheting his way steadily up the list of my favorite characters pretty much from his first appearance, but the revelation regarding what he's been doing with himself for the past, oh, two books or so completely cinched it - because not only was it hilarious, it was also brilliant on his part. WIN AND AWESOME.

Date: 2007-05-03 06:52 pm (UTC)If it had to happen at the end of this book, a few more scenes about it still wouldn't have hurt. Particularly since we did see Harry kind of dependent on Lash's help, what with having her translate crazy moon languages for him and take mental snapshots of Thomas' wall o' clues. On the other hand, I'm glad that that seems to be as far as Jim's going to take the HARRY DRESDEN, YOUR SOUL IS MINE damnation stuff.
