(Context: Edith, a woman who works for one of their clubs, has just come clean to the Gandors that she broke one of the Family's rules by hiding a parcel of drugs stolen from a rival Family.)

Luck: "What to do?"

Berga: "Don't ask me. What normally happens?"

Luck: "In Sicily, traitors are executed... But this isn't the same."

Berga: "Killing someone just over something like this is really idiotic. Isn't this good? Say she's innocent."

Luck: "But we can't ask someone to adjudicate. I don't think that we can kill a woman over something like this but we can't not do anything, so we need to undertake some suitable form of punishment."

Berga: "Dock a month's wage?"

Luck: "We're not a corporation!"

Berga: "Then what should we do? If it were a guy I'd beat him up until all his teeth have fallen off then leave it at that!"

Luck: "We can't do that! Raising a hand against a woman is the worst!"

Berga: "I know that! Then, just say she's innocent!"

Luck: "But we don't have any reason to... Aah, pardoning her is no good, using violence is no good either..."

Berga: "Give her a chance, how's that?"

Luck: "Chance?"

Berga: "Didn't we give that traitor Georgie a ninety percent chance that time? He ended up dying."

Luck: "But, we used Russian roulette that time."

Keith: "..."

Luck: "That's it! Use Big Bro's poker cards! If she gets a color Joker, then she's guilty."

Berga: "Right, right! We'll take out the color Joker from the very start!"

Keith: "..."

Hearing this, a troubled expression once again crossed Luck's face and he took a look at the poker cards in Keith's hand.

Luck: "What? They're all color Jokers!?"

Berga: "I've always wanted to ask - where'd you buy these kinds of cards?"

Luck: "You couldn’t have bought 52 packs of cards then took out the color Jokers one by one, right...? Big Bro?"

Keith: "..."

Berga: "Then, then let's do this: if she gets the color Joker then she's innocent!"

Luck: "I really don't know what we're doing."

(Meanwhile, across the room where she can't hear them, Edith is going 'omg omg omg I'm going to die D: D: D:')

Seriously, most adorable Mafia power trio ever. XD

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

OK:

First series: "Pumpkin Scissors," a fictional settling based on the interwar years after WW1. LOTS OF AWESOME CHARS and hilariousness. I think you'd like it! The female protagonist is so much fun.

AND at that same link, I demand you dl a bit of Victorian Romance Emma. It's a slower romance series, but it's FANTASTIC in its perfect depiction of Victorian England. It's basically about the ill-fated romance between a maid and a young man of the upper class. :( It's SO cute.

AND KEEP ON WITH 00!

...I should get you to watch Nodame Cantabile if you haven't. An amazing series if you like music nerdery. :(

I have the "Emma" manga and it is lovely, but I haven't seen any of the TV series.

*yoink*

...omg they have 5 Centimeters Per Second.

And I keep meaning to find Nodame Cantabile to watch! It sounds like something I'd enjoy, from what you've said about it.
