Jan. 28th, 2007 04:07 pmOne mile walked, the equivalent of about a mile (a little over ten minutes) on one of the bikes, another mile and a tenth alternating walking and jogging with each lap. Remembered to eat breakfast this time, so I did not come home feeling like I was about to yarf.
Tomorrow, fitness assessment thing so I can get an actual routine set up.
I want to get down to 120 pounds. At least back down to 125. I'm over 135 and I do not like it. :(
